Make friends while learning new skills on the water!
In the summer we are based at COACH (Centre of Outdoor Activity & Community Hub) in French Weir Park, Taunton, Somerset.
Our winter sessions are based at King’s College Pool, Taunton.
TASCC is a non-profit organisation that is run for our members, by our members.
We offer various water-based activities including kayaking, canoeing and stand-up paddle boarding with coaching and guidance to provide expert advice and guidance.

Sports We Offer
Kayaking
Kayaking is our most popular activity, we have a variety of boats for beginners to experts in different sizes.
Canoeing
Canoes are bigger boats that can be paddled on your own or with others!
A great craft for team building.
Paddle-Boarding
Paddleboarding is an increasingly popular sport. If you haven't tried it before then you can start off on your knees.
Summer Season
April - October
JUNIOR SESSION
(8 - 17 years)
Wednesdays 5:30-7:00pm.
Members £6, Non-Members £8
Fridays 6:00-7:30pm.
Members £8, Non-Members £12
ADULT SESSIONS
(18+ years)
The cost includes all equipment hire, but you are welcome to bring your own equipment too
Annual junior membership £30, £20 River only £12.50 Pool only
Annual Adults membership £40 Adults pool only £25
We also run adult ‘Learn to Paddle’ courses throughout the summer which are 4-week coach-led courses to try out a mixture of kayaking, canoeing and stand-up paddleboarding. Limited to 8 people per course. £55 per person and includes a British Canoeing Start certificate, and Discover certificate on completion.

These sessions are at King’s College Pool, Taunton. Kayaking skills are the main focus of these sessions. King's has a fantastic 25m, five lane pool which is 1.1m deep in the shallow end and 2.8m in the deep end.
We also run ad-hoc family river trips on Sunday mornings throughout the winter. Keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram pages for these!
